Finding the right staff for your business can be a challenge. Staff can make or break your business. The worst staff waste your time, sit around doing nothing or talking on Facebook. There is to much of and entitlement attitude among people today with works thinking they have a right to a job and not being grateful the the employer have given them a job. As a result ther is a lot of outsourcing going on in countries like the USA, Australia and Canada. Employers are finding staff in countries such as Malaysia, India and Thailand. The works in these countries are alot more affordable and have a better work attitude than many of their western counterparts.
